4 Charged after traffic stop

On August 3, 2017 at approximately 11:50 a.m. North Bay Police received a call about a vehicle parked in the Marshall Avenue area, the caller believed the occupants were doing drugs in the vehicle. A description of the vehicle was provided and located by police a short time later on Main Street.

North Bay Police arrested and charged,

Kyle Hanoman, aged 28, of no fixed address was charged with

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- heroine

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- cocaine

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- fentanyl

One count possession of a substance- marihuana

One count possession of a substance- fentanyl

One count possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

One count carry a concealed weapon

Five counts breach of probation

Samantha Kitler, aged 28, of Timmins was charged with

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- heroine

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- cocaine

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- fentanyl

One count possession of a substance- marihuana

One count possession of a substance- fentanyl

One count possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

Two counts breach of probation

Justin Patrick Sampson, aged 28, of Timmins was charged with

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- heroine

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- cocaine

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- fentanyl

One count possession of a substance- marihuana

One count possession of a substance- fentanyl

One count possession of a substance- methamphetamine

One count possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

Two counts breach of probation

Justin Skinner, aged 39, of Timmins was charged with

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- heroine

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- cocaine

One count possession for the purpose of trafficking- fentanyl

One count possession of a substance- marihuana

One count possession of a substance- fentanyl

One count possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

Police seized heroine, fentanyl, cocaine and marihuana with a street value of $50,625, $5564.20 Canadian currency, 5 folding knives, and other drug paraphernalia. At this time police do not believe the drugs were intended for North Bay.

All four accused were held in custody pending a bail hearing on August 4, 2017.
