Drug Seizure in North Bay

On the 4th of October, 2018 the North Bay Police Service conducted a drug related investigation which resulted in the arrest of Keagun Thomason, age 23, of North Bay who has been charged with:

Three counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking;

Two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance; and

One count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000.00; and

One count Possession of a Prohibited Weapon

It is alleged that on the 4th of October, 2018, a Controlled Drug and Substance Act search warrant was executed in the Thibeault Terrace area of the city by the North Bay Police Service Street Crime Unit.

As a result of the investigation police have seized;

3350 Meth pills

303.8 grams of Cocaine

533.8 grams of Marijuana

A small quantity of LSD

$5230 in Canadian Cash

An orange coloured flare gun and flares were also located

A switchblade knife

Total value of seizure was $61,772.

The accused was released and will appear in the North Bay Courthouse on the 13th of November, 2018 in answer to the charges.
