The North Bay Police Service has arrested and charged a 23-year-old female with assault with a weapon.

The accused in this incident is Pamela Ann RESKO, female, age 23, of North Bay, who is charged with:

• One count of Assault with a Weapon
• One count of Administer noxious thing
• One count of Fail to Comply with Probation Order

At approximately 7:00 p.m. on November 22, 2024, the accused attended the victim’s residence in North Bay. The victim and accused are known to one another. A verbal altercation ensured between the victim and accused. The accused assaulted the victim using mace (also known as pepper spray) and a knife. The victim was able to remove the accused from the residence, at which point the accused fled the area. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the attack.

Later that same day, police located the accused and arrested her.

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
