Yesterday North Bay Police responded to a report of an unknown person wandering around behind a residence.
It is alleged that on August 6, 2019, at approximately 10:50 a.m., police attended the location on Highway 11 North in the City of North Bay. The accused had entered a garden shed on the property and when approached she turned to the officers with a hammer in one hand and an aerosol can in the other refusing to cooperative.
Police were able to defuse the situation and effect an arrest. Once arrested the accused was found to be in possession of 0.8 grams suspected to be crystal methamphetamine.
Lindsay Flockhart, age 35, of North Bay has been arrested and charged with:
- One Count of Break and Enter with Intent;
- One Count of Assault with a Weapon;
- One Count of Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to Public Peace;
- One Count of Possession of a Controlled Substance; and
- One count of Breach of Probation.
The accused remains in custody pending a Bail Hearing.
